- Passengers with weight over 120KG will be charged double. - If the clients are coming by their own transportation, the meeting point will be at: EMARAT GRAYTEESAH PETROL STATION, Grayteesah, Margham, Dubai, UAE Google Pin: https://g.co/kgs/VYr5uvp However, if clients will be coming by their own, prices will not be affected and will stay as is. Cancellation Policy: o For Non-Group Bookings: Before 48 Hours prior to balloon tour schedule: No Cancellation Fee Within 24 Hours prior to balloon tour schedule: Non-Refundable o For Group Bookings: Before 7 days prior to tour departure: No Cancellation Fee Before 5 days prior to tour departure: 50% cancellation fee 5 days or less prior to tour departure: 100% cancellation fee Your booking will be auto cancelled if the payment not received within two days prior to the booking date. Cancellation by the operator: Cancelling the flight due to the weather conditions and your passengers are unable to reschedule to fly on the next available date, you will be provided with a full refund. Passengers unable to be accomodated: Pregnant Ladies Children less than 5 years of age Passenger more than 80 years old Serious Heart problem and any other medical conditions.
